I get distracted!  It’s true!  I have a lot going on around me…all the time…and sometimes when I get a second to stop… I have think about what I’m supposed to be doing!  If I can look at my habit tracker then I can see immediately what I need to do…and I’m better able to get things done!

What Tasks Do I Put on my Habit Tracker?

I like using my habit tracker for my morning and evening routines…so I have tasks like:

They may seem like routine tasks…but writing them down for me to check off each day keeps me moving in the right direction.

I tend to me a task oriented person, so I found it helpful for me to write down things that help me remember my most important job…that of a mom.  So, I also write down things like:

  • read to boys at night
  • talk/tuck in girls at night
habit tracker, bullet journal, habit tracker printable, productivity, mom goals
